Whether you are indoors or outdoors, to find your peace and calm, find something beautiful to rest your eyes on. That’s it, it doesn’t take much. You can take this life hack with you wherever you go and use it constantly to calm your: nerves, nervous system, heart, mind, body, and soul. All of you! I find it’s much easier to find the beauty when out in the world - there’s almost always something to look at in nature that is calming and beautiful, like a flower, a water feature, a colorful weed that pops, the waning moon. When walking into a room it could be a vase filled with flowers, a piece of art, a pretty plate, a cheerful pillow, a picture that brings back a good memory. Perhaps it’s your baby or your dog. Looking at something beautiful can take the energy of chaos, overwhelm, &/or stress and turn it into peace, calm, &/or order. Every time. The more we train our eyes to look for beauty, the more beauty we find. The more beauty we find, the calmer our life becomes. That which we focus on grows. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
