Double thread/triple thread …
… a moment of pause for what wow’s us!
I left my phone at home again today. 🙏🏻 I had G take some key pictures for me, little vignettes I wanted to remember. I pondered the concept of a double and triple thread when it comes to nature and beautiful views. Water, trees, rocks, mountains, sky. A double thread could be sea and rocks. A triple thread: sea, mountains, and a sailboat at sunset.
I stayed present & technology free on our bike ride. I felt the wings of the butterfly brush my knee. I enjoyed every bite of my avocado toast as I looked at the sea. We went for a walk this evening at dusk and passed by a badass crab who strayed off his G-d-given path and into a random suburb. As they say in the south, bless his heart!
The way the light and shadows play in the dark delight my senses. A am wow’ed by the triple-threads everywhere I looked today. 🙏🏻🤍🙏🏻
