Time to look up and around again, and to...
... take in all of the beauty, and to remember others who are struggling ❤️🩹
While consumed by my own healing I neglected to look up and around since Monday until yesterday, and look what I found:
Divine beauty!
The beauty that reminds me there is a God.
I am so grateful for these moments that take me deeper into my soul.
As I’ve been able to get around more easily I started to also remember others I care about who are going through hard transitions. Here are some reminders for healing the broken bits of ourselves.
Even when things don't work out the way we want them to or the way we thought they are supposed to, the greatest relief we can find comes from God and trusting that everything, even the pain, even the disappointment, is for our good and for our growth. That everything is working out exactly as it is supposed to for our healing. Trust in divine love.
The more we can come from gratitude the better. You have your health. You have abundance. You have people in your life who love and adore you. You have endless possibilities. You have comfort.
This is your one precious life, and although you will not be continuing on as you thought - what is possible can definitely still be even better than what you were imagining. Much better. More peaceful and calm. More loving and gentle.
The work is up to you. Your happiness is up to you. Your mindset is up to you. Life happens inside of us.
Trust. Remember your connection to God. Count your blessings. It could all be so much worse. Go where you feel good and avoid anything that triggers your sadness. Protect your peace. Focus on you and your healing. There's no point in dwelling on the story of what should have or could have happened. It is only keeping you stuck and won't change anything.
You got this. You are stronger than you know!
Sending out extra love to all those who needed to hear this today! 🤍❤️🩹🤍
